60 Cannon Street is located in the heart of the financial district, with spectacular views of St Paul’s Cathedral and the South Bank.

This project involved the refurbishment of a tired office block, to contemporary, vibrant new accommodation, for the Spaces Workspace Group.

The work included the formation of 134 offices, arranged over basement – 5th floors, plus meeting rooms, a coffee bar, informal co-working spaces, event spaces and club facilities.

FT were the design partners to Base Build Services, responsible for the concept design, construction pack and assistance during site works.
