Ovington Square and Aldford Street were designed for the same client, and both are Grade II Listed properties within Conservation Areas. In each case, we restored original proportions and architectural features, upgraded the services and fabric of the building to create a more energy efficient envelope, and chose light, serene shades to convey a sense of space and calmness.
