The refurbishment of a tired City office block at 60 Cannon Street into vibrant contemporary workspace for Spaces — 134 offices across six floors, with club facilities and views of St Paul's Cathedral.

Project Details

60 Cannon Street is located in the heart of the financial district, with spectacular views of St Paul's Cathedral and the South Bank.

This project involved the refurbishment of a tired office block into contemporary, vibrant new accommodation for the Spaces Workspace Group.

The work included the formation of 134 offices, arranged over basement to fifth floors, plus meeting rooms, a coffee bar, informal co-working spaces, event spaces and club facilities.

FT were the design partners to Base Build Services, responsible for the concept design, construction pack and assistance during site works.
